  • Yes, I offer virtual therapy for clients throughout New York and New Jersey, as well as in-person sessions in Rhinebeck in the Hudson Valley. Virtual therapy allows for flexibility while still creating a consistent and supportive space to do meaningful work.

  • My work is relational and integrative. I draw from approaches including CBT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and parts work, while also incorporating mindfulness and body-based awareness. This allows us to explore both your thoughts and emotional patterns, as well as how your experiences show up in your body and nervous system.

*I believe that therapy should be accessible, therefore I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss options that work for you.

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance for therapy sessions. My focus is on providing personalized, high-quality care tailored to your unique needs. While insurance can make mental health services more affordable, it often limits the level of care and flexibility I can provide. By not working with insurance companies, I can maintain greater control over the therapeutic process and ensure our work is not influenced by third-party policies.

I understand that out-of-pocket costs can be a concern, and I work to keep my rates reasonable. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits.

If you're unsure whether your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, feel free to contact your provider and ask the following questions:

    • Do I have out of network coverage for outpatient mental health?

    • If yes, what is my out-of-network deductible?

    • How much of my deductible has been met this year?

    • What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health visits?

    • Do I need a referral from an in-network provider or a primary care physician to see someone out-of-network?

    • How do I submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement?

  • Yes, I offer therapist-led grief support groups, including groups focused on parent loss and mother loss. These groups provide a supportive space to connect with others, share your experience, and process grief in a way that feels manageable.

  • Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or wanting support in understanding your emotions, relationships, or patterns more deeply. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting—therapy is a space to explore and make sense of what you’re experiencing.

  • You can reach out through my contact page to schedule an initial consultation. This gives us a chance to connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit.
