Parent Loss Group

This group is for anyone who has experienced the loss of one or both parents.

Much like the WithoutHer group, our time together will be a space to share experiences, reflect on the different layers of grief, and witness how loss continues to shape who we are. Each week we’ll explore a theme or angle of parental loss, while also allowing space for what feels present in the moment.

Our focus will be on practicing being with our grief in an authentic way — not needing to fix or change it, but allowing it to be honored and expressed in community. Together, we’ll create a supportive circle where connection and understanding can grow.
