Therapy for ENM, polyamorous and open relationships

Maybe you've had a therapist who decided your relationship structure was the problem.

Or you've spent the first three sessions explaining what a metamour is.

Or you haven't gone to therapy at all, because you weren't sure anyone would get it.

Here, you won't have to defend how you love.

We start from the belief that there are many ways to build a meaningful relationship, and that yours deserves the same care and curiosity as any other.

What brings people in

  • Opening a relationship. You're thinking about it, just started, or partway in and realizing you need better maps.

  • When one of you wants to open things and the other isn't sure. We won't push either of you toward an answer. We'll help you actually hear each other.

  • Jealousy, insecurity, and comparison. These aren't signs you're "bad at" non-monogamy. They're information, and they deserve room.

  • Agreements that keep breaking. Figuring out what you each really need, and what's underneath the rules.

  • Navigating multiple relationships. Time, attention, hinge dynamics, metamours, and the logistics nobody warns you about.

  • Coming out as ENM to family, friends, or yourself.

  • Relationship struggles that have nothing to do with being ENM. Sometimes communication is just communication.

How we work

We work with individuals, couples, and other relationship configurations, including more than two partners in the room when that's what's needed.

Our approach is relational and attachment-informed. Non-monogamy can bring up very old questions: Am I enough? Will I be left? Can I want what I want? We help you meet those questions with more steadiness, so your relationships can be built from choice rather than fear.
